Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• All jewelry, accessories, sale items, and Golden Ticket bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Orders

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Once we receive the item and it’s approved, store credit will be issued via email.

How to Return
